About

Hi, I'm Tee.

I've worked in the people profession for multinational companies and growing UK organisations. These days I help managers get the people side right, and help people who've been shut out of work find a way back in.

“The problem was rarely talent. It was a closed door.”

I've sat on every side of the table. I've handled grievances, investigations, difficult conversations and redundancies, and I've seen how much easier all of it becomes when managers know what they're doing and people understand their options.

Alongside that, I've run community classes for people trying to get into work: people with convictions, parents coming back after years at home, people who had simply never been shown how. Again and again, the problem was a form that screened them out, a question nobody explained, or an employer who didn't know how to say yes.

That's what this site is for. Practical tools and training for managers, plain English help for people at work, and a second chance for people who deserve one.
