The pledge
- We look past the box. A gap, a career break, a past conviction or a different route into work won't rule anyone out on its own.
- We ask at the right time. Where we need to know about criminal records, we ask later in the process and only when it's relevant to the role.
- We make it easier to apply. We offer adjustments at interview, and say so in our adverts.
- We're open to flexibility. We talk about flexible working for parents, carers and anyone who needs it.
- We train our managers. The people who hire know how to have fair, confident conversations about barriers.
