Terms of sale for digital products.

Plain English terms for buying workbooks, templates and other downloads from teeobi.com. Last updated October 2026.

1. Who we are

These products are sold by Tonia Obi trading as Tee Obi, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@teeobi.com.

2. What you are buying

Each product page describes the product, its format and what it contains. Products are digital: you use them online at teeobi.com, and a downloadable copy is included. Nothing is posted to you.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken by Stripe, our payment provider, at the time of purchase. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe will email you a receipt.

4. Delivery

After payment you are taken to your purchase page, where you can open the product online or download a copy. Online access lasts for the period shown on the product page, and at least 30 days from purchase. Anything you type into an online workbook or template is saved on your own device, not by us. Please bookmark your purchase page. If you lose it, email us from the address you paid with.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once you open or download it, if you have agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel. You give that agreement at checkout. If you have not yet opened or downloaded it and change your mind within 14 days, email us and we will refund you.

6. If something is wrong

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, will not open or does not match its description, email us and we will repair or replace it, or refund you if we cannot. This does not affect your legal rights.

7. Licence

Workbooks are licensed for your own personal use. Employer templates are licensed for use within the organisation that bought them, including editing them and sharing them with your own staff. You may not resell, republish, share outside your organisation or claim the content as your own. Copyright remains with Tee Obi.

8. Not legal advice

Our products give general information about working life and UK employment law in England, Scotland and Wales at the date shown in the product. They are not legal advice and cannot take account of your circumstances. Employment law changes, so check for updates and take advice on specific situations. We are not liable for decisions you make using the products, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability.

9. Your information

We use your name and email to deliver your purchase and respond to you, as explained in our privacy notice. We will not add you to HR Notes unless you choose to subscribe.

10. Complaints and law

If you are unhappy, email us first and we will try to put it right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Reading options

Make the site easier to read. Your choices are saved on this device only.

Listen to this page

Your device reads the page out loud.

Braille and screen readers

If you use a braille display, connect it to your screen reader, such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver or TalkBack. The screen reader sends the words on this site to your display. Every page has proper headings, labelled buttons and form fields, and text descriptions for images, so it works well with braille. Something not working? Email hello@teeobi.com and Tee will fix it.
