About this training
Most managers were never shown how. This training covers the conversations, the processes and the law, in twelve modules you move through at your own pace. Each module is a classroom: walk in, open each lesson, and work through scenarios, the words to use, knowledge checks and your own action plan.

How does it work?
Straight after you pay, the training opens online on teeobi.com. Each module is a classroom you walk through, opening one lesson at a time. Prefer reading? Switch to the workbook view at any time. Your answers save as you go, on your device.
Can my employer pay for a team?
Yes. Choose how many people at checkout and pay once by card. An invoice is created automatically and is ready to download as soon as you've paid, so your finance team has what it needs. How do questions work?
Every module has its own questions and discussion thread. Ask about anything in the module and Tee answers there, so other managers taking the training learn from it too. Please keep details about your team anonymous.
How do I get my certificate?
Complete the knowledge checks in all 12 modules, pass the final assessment with 80% or more, and give your feedback on the course. Your certificate then shows your name, the date, the learning time and a unique number that employers can check at teeobi.com/verify.html.
How long does it take?
About 5 hours in total: 12 modules of about 25 minutes, plus the final assessment. Go at your own pace over 12 months.
Is it accredited?
Tee Obi is a CPD Approved Training Provider. CPD accreditation for this course is in progress, and every learner gets a certificate of completion.
How long do I have access?
12 months from the day you buy, so you can come back to any module when a situation comes up.
