Keep it fair, and keep it fun.

  • Make it optional. Nobody should feel they have to buy a ticket.
  • Spin it where everyone can see, or share your screen on the call, so people trust the result.
  • Raising money? Small workplace lotteries have rules. Check the Gambling Commission's guidance before selling tickets.
  • Include everyone, including part time, remote and night shift colleagues.
